Biteezy Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

 30-Day Window: Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
 Condition: Unused, in original packaging with tags (exceptions below).
 Non-Returnable:

  • Opened wellness/beauty products (hygiene reasons)

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Final sale items (clearly marked)

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@biteezy.com with:

    • Order number

    • Product photos/video

    • Reason for return

  2. Approval: We’ll respond within 48 hours with:

    • Prepaid return label (US orders) OR

    • International return instructions (customer pays shipping)

  3. Ship Back: Within 7 days of approval.

3. Refund Processing

 Timeline: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
 Method: Original payment provider (may take 5-10 days to reflect).
 Deductions:

  • 15% restocking fee for non-defective returns

  • Original shipping costs (wrong item sent)

4. Exchanges

 Preferred! No restocking fee for store credit or exchanges.
• Subject to product availability.

5. Damaged/Defective Items

• Report within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof.
• We’ll cover return shipping and send a free replacement or full refund.

6. International Returns

• Customer responsible for return shipping and customs fees.
• Refund excludes original shipping costs.

7. Lost Packages

• Provide tracking showing "delivered."
• If confirmed lost, we’ll reship or refund.
